Mayonnaise (with egg)

MAYO is a thickened paste of oil & egg yolk flavored with mustard. It has gained immense popularity as an accompaniment with various foods. It is a perfect combi of sweet & tangy in the form of a delicious sauce consumed with salads , burgers, French fries, hot dogs, sandwiches, breads & almost anything.
Although originated in France it has gained immense popularity all over the world.

METHOD: it is made by mixing egg yolk & oil blender. Oil is added drop by drop, each time blending the mix for a minute till a creamy spread is formed after which vinegar is added & blended again till a pale yellow creamy sauce is formed. Now sugar.mustard paste, pepper &
are added as per taste.

Coldslaw is a simple recipe made with mayonnaise by mixing cabbage & carrot into it.
